More Las Vegas Valley restaurants announce reopening dates

Grape Vine Cafe, 7501 W. Lake Mead Blvd., has reopened. Jinya Ramen Bar, 4860 W. Flamingo Road and 7240 S. Rainbow Blvd., will reopen Friday.
