West Las Vegas Arts Center Summer 2018 Class Registration. Registration is available for people of all ages from April 25-May 30 for classes that begin May 30. The classes are eight weeks long and finish on July 21. Classes will be held at the West Las Vegas Arts Center at 947 W. Lake Mead Blvd.
