GBC history professor writes book on 3 cities

His first book, “Lake Mead National Recreation Area: A History of America’s First National Playground,” was an outgrowth of his interest in the history of the area. After completing his Ph.D., he was asked if he wanted to work on a joint National Park Service/UNLV project, writing the history of the area.
